Minors will be allowed in the endurance pit area once the parents/legal guardians have signed a minor release form that will be provided at the track.  These forms will be available in race registration on Sunday morning between 9-10am ONLY.  There will be a notary available to sign these forms with the parents/legal guardians.  The child(ren) will then receive a wrist band showing that they are allowed in the pit area.

Minors will not be allowed to cross pit lane to go to the track wall and must stay in their immediate pit area at all times unless being escorted by a parent/legal guardian.  Minors must be BEHIND pit canopies (toward the chain link fence) when a pit stop is being performed, once the pit stop is complete they may come back under the pit canopy.  This will be monitored, and penalties will be levied by the race steward to those not following the rules.  This includes having minors in the pit area that have not had a waiver completed and wrist band on.

Please know that we strive to make the CRA a family environment and we don’t want to exclude anyone, but we want to make sure that everyone is safe at all times.  We will not be allowing pets of any kind in the pit area.  If you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to contact a Board of Directors member.
