This order is to be completed by the rider. You must race under your assigned rider number (for medical and points reasons). If you have not filled out a medical form, you will need to complete one and hand it in at Race Registration before you are allowed on track.
The racer agrees to follow the rules and regulations of the Central Roadracing Association and the race facility. The racer, heirs, and assigns hereby release and agree to hold harmless the Central Roadracing Association, workers and Board of Directors from all liability, loss, claims and demands that may accrue from any loss, damage or injury (including death, loss of limbs and permanent disablement) to my person or property in any way resulting from or arising in connection with this event and whether arising in, engaged in, preparing for competition, taking a proficiency or licensing test, participating in an event, or while upon entering or departing from said premises, from any cause whatsoever.
The racer knows the risks of
danger to themselves and property while participating in motorcycling events and
while upon event property. So voluntarily and in reliance upon my own judgment and
ability, the racer assumes all risk for loss, damage or injury.
The racer acknowledges he/she has read the Central Roadracing Association Rule Book.
